Client

Alinma Bank is a well-established Saudi bank that enjoys a high reputation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia due to its reliability and strong position in the financial sector. 


Objective

Redefine the previous loyalty program "Mazaya". Build a new personality for the loyalty program that reflects a dynamic and modern personality to create a new perception that attracts a new persona—targeting youth as a new persona. 


Solution

In our strategic approach, we redefined the brand to be strategically aligned with the preferences of the youth. This was achieved through renaming, building a new persona, and designing a brand identity that reflects a new brand perception. We also built a creative approach using modern techniques to create a compelling connection with the youth. The name "Akthar" expresses the continuously increasing benefits and embodies the commitment to a strong digital presence with accessibility, dynamism, and modernity. "Akthar" is not just a loyalty program; it's an exceptional experience that embodies the ambitious spirit of youth, encourages innovation, attracts ideas, and motivates and rewards customers with its unique features. 


Our design was selected to be featured in The Best Bank Print Designs by DesignRush, a platform known for promoting the best designs.
